What you are buying, what you are not, and what happens to it.
The licence
You may install and play 10 Million Cells on the devices your app store account allows. You may not resell it, take it apart to republish it, or use its art elsewhere. That is the whole of it.
What is on sale
Classic is free and does not end. Everything else on sale is listed here, and nothing inside a world is sold: every ball, upgrade and picture is earned by digging.
- A world — Constellation, Depths, Bloom & Rot or Bloom the World, each a one-time purchase that unlocks that world for good.
- All worlds — the four together, as one purchase.
- Remove Ads — a one-time purchase that stops chapter ads everywhere in the game.
Ads
A short ad can play when a chapter ends — never more than one every fifteen minutes, and never in the middle of play. Remove Ads switches them off everywhere. The ads come from Google; the privacy page says what that involves.
Buying, and getting your money back
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your card. Because they take the payment, they issue the refunds:

- Google — Play Store, Menu, Payments & subscriptions, Budget & history
If that goes wrong, write to us anyway and we will help you chase it. Restore purchases in the shop brings them back on a new device signed in to the same store account, free.
Your progress
Your game is saved on your device and backed up to the cloud automatically. On iPhone and iPad, signing in with Apple lets you restore it on another Apple device. On Android the backup stays with the device for now. We work to keep backups safe, but we cannot promise to recover every save, so the copy on your device remains the one that counts. Delete account in Settings removes the cloud copy whenever you want.
Changes to the game
The game is updated. Numbers get balanced, chapters and worlds get added, and something you liked may change. Where a change takes away something you paid for, we will say so plainly rather than let you find it.
The usual disclaimer, in plain words
The game is provided as it is. We cannot promise it will never crash or never lose progress, and our liability is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here removes rights you have under the law where you live.
