10 Million Cells

Terms

Updated 17 August 2026. The Next Beacon, publisher of 10 Million Cells.

The licence

You may install and play 10 Million Cells on the devices your app store account allows. You may not resell it, take it apart to republish it, or use its art elsewhere. That is the whole of it.

What is on sale

Nothing is gated behind money. Every ball, every refinement, every specimen and every ring is reachable by playing. Purchases buy time and appearance — never content.

As it ships today the game shows no adverts at all — there is no advertising SDK in the build. Supporter does not claim to remove them, because there is nothing to remove; if a rewarded advert is ever added, Supporter holders will not be shown it. There will never be an interstitial: the only kind we would add is one you choose to watch in exchange for something you could also simply earn.

Buying, and getting your money back

Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your card. Because they take the payment, they issue the refunds:

If that goes wrong, write to us anyway and we will help you chase it. Restoring a purchase on a new device is free and is in Settings.

Your progress

Your save lives on your device. The transfer in Settings copies it to another one when you ask for a code; the privacy page says exactly what that sends. We do our best to keep transfers working, but a save is not a backup service and we cannot promise to recover one.

Changes to the game

The game is updated. Numbers get balanced, chapters get added, and something you liked may change. Where a change takes away something you paid for, we will say so plainly rather than let you find it.

The usual disclaimer, in plain words

The game is provided as it is. We cannot promise it will never crash or never lose progress, and our liability is limited to what you paid us. Nothing here removes rights you have under the law where you live.
