Moving to another phone
Settings has a transfer: ask the old phone for a code, type the code into the new one. The code is short-lived and single-use.
One thing worth knowing before you rely on it: the transfer carries your progress — your fleet, your balance, your pictures — and not the dug field of every chapter you have left behind. Chapters you have moved on from may not be re-enterable on the new phone; the Chapters screen says so plainly where it applies rather than leaving you guessing.
My pictures moved to another chapter
They did, and nothing is lost. Pictures belong to the chapter that earned them. If you dug them in chapter one, that is where they hang — so chapter two's Hall stops counting them the first time you go back, and tells you it has done it.
The game says a chapter is "Not on this device"
That chapter's field is not here — see the transfer note above. Your progress is intact; it is the ground itself that stayed behind.
It runs slowly with the whole fleet out
It will. Sending a hundred and twenty-nine balls into one field is a lot of simulation, and we would rather let you do it than stop you. If you would like the game to protect the frame rate instead, Settings has three quality choices; the lower two let the game ease its effects when it needs to, and Max is a promise that it never will.
I do not want to share play data
Say no when it asks, or turn it off in Settings at any time. The game plays exactly the same either way. What is sent, when you do agree, is listed field by field on the privacy page.
Refunds
Purchases go through Apple or Google, so refunds do too — we cannot issue one directly. Apple: report a problem at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: Play Store, Menu, Order history. If that goes wrong, write to us anyway and we will help you chase it.
